At Inspired Motion, we provide fitness services to clients of all ages and fitness levels. We will introduce new exercises into your workout and make sure that you get the most out of your experience with us. It’s also a learning experience with us; learn how to execute exercises with proper form and which muscle groups you’re working.

Certified Fitness Professional, Kolon Diallo, has been passionate about fitness and health from a young age. Kolon holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Rehabilitation Services and is a World Instructor Training School certified personal trainer. His many years in the physical rehabilitation field have made him knowledgeable about injury prevention and treatment. His passion for fitness stems from years of being involved in competitive sports, including track and field, cross country, football, martial arts, soccer, and basketball. 

 

Kolon specializes in weight loss training, strength and resistance training, flexibility training, group exercise, nutrition education, speed and agility training, post rehab training, and sports performance training. 

 

Kolon became a fitness professional in order to change and impact lives in a positive manner. He believes that Consistency + Motivation = Change & Success. “There is no better place than here, no better time than now. You will do difficult things you thought you couldn’t do. You will run faster and longer than you thought you could run. You will lift more weight than you thought you could lift. Doing things you thought you couldn’t do will make you feel good.”
