Kolon came in and evaluated my diet and exercise. He told me how to eat properly which I am still trying to get a hang of. He also taught how to shop when I go into a grocery store. The best part of my training with Kolon is how he pushed me to complete the work out. He also helps me out when we don't meet by sending me works that I can do at home.
