You will be introduced to new and challenging routines each time. Your instructor will push you harder than you'd ever push yourself, while providing encouragement. Sports Performance Training:

Nutrition is an essential component towards attaining your fitness goals. Your current nutrition lifestyle will be analyzed to assess if you are on the right path to getting the body you desire. Based on your goals, you will be given information on the types of food you can incorporate daily, the types of liquids you can consume, and the times during your day in which you can have certain foods. With a consistent lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating, you can achieve your fitness goals. 

Flexibility Training:

Proper stretching before, during, and after your workout will improve your performance, increase your flexibility, and help prevent injuries. Your trainer will show you how to stretch out specific areas of your body and incorporate foam rollers as well as stretching tools to help alleviate any tightness within your muscles.
